First watch list of 2007 (I think)

Another year, same routing. tcl/tk script downloads charts, I look 'em over, and post the best.

Here they are: SM, COG, CHAP, MEE, SMRT, and KWK (mostly energy stocks as the recent decline in crude has destroyed them).
